Room rate is $90 – there should not be any internet service charges if you bring your computer (they have been charging some of our people 12.95 per day for internet service).  Our contract states $90 – free internet. Also…if you are told the block is full, or is outside of the booking date, to ask for the corporate rate.  You can get that rate anytime you come to Tulsa, but will have to be persistent in what you are asking for.  We do need you to book under the block for meetings (we have to meet our guaranteed number of reserved rooms), but if they are being told they can’t get it for some reason, they can book under the corporate rate.  Also…drinks for our people should be $2.00 for domestic beer, $4.00 for mixed drinks (unless they specifically ask for top shelf liquor, then will have to pay the regular drink price).  They may have to let the bartender know they are with Pipeline Local 798.
